Project Overview

Program development for a nationwide program mandated to improve cyber security for a Federal Agency. Worked with client to develop standards and processes for nationwide program which successfully completed over 200 interior renovation projects. Total project volume was projected at 400+ projects through 2015, with an annual appropriation of $24M.

 

Services Provided:

Strategic development of overall program including the creation of documenting policies and procedures, program coordination, project budgeting, development of project scopes, writing process manuals.

Coordinated funding procurements through GSA, initiating data collection and reporting, and interfacing with other government divisions for reporting data and performance goals.

Development of standards for site assessment, programming, design and furniture planning, A/E coordination, project scheduling, budget estimating/tracking, vendor and services coordination, and on-site construction management.

Post-Construction, The Savias Group was also responsible for coordinating accreditation and deployments for the client space.
